We offer worldwide shipping. Due to the high-value and high-weight nature of our products, all shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Each cube is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure perfect quality.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Domestic Shipping (USA): 3-5 business days via insured courier
• Canada: 7-10 business days
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Important Note: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Inventory Notice: Inventory and supply chains are fluctuating daily. Processing and shipping estimates are on a best efforts basis.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. All shipments can be tracked in real-time through our carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Must be free from damage or wear
• Must be in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Contact us through our contact form with your order number
• We'll provide you with return instructions and address
• Package your item securely (tungsten is heavy!)
• Ship the item back with tracking and insurance

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
